Yup, I ate a lot. It’s pretty embarrassing, really. We headed to Portland for a quick trip and had a great time as usual. The drive there, normally ~3 hours ended up being around 4.5 hours. 4.5 hours that consisted mostly of ‘we there yet?’ Cameron is definitely at that stage. Thankfully Jackson just slept.
The drive really was gorgeous!
Because of the way Portland and surrounding cities are laid out, we spent the night before at Keith’s bro’s house for dinner. Quality time with the cousins!
And the next day….FOOOOD! I have to admit the meaning of the day didn’t entirely dawn on me until it was time for prayer/meal blessing. I cannot believe how much we have to be thankful for, especially this year! It’s pretty out of control. So, so thankful for all the blessings in our life right now. Thank you, Jesus!
Why we look like this, I have no idea…
I brought the same onesie for Jackson that Cameron wore on his first Thanksgiving. Pretty cute :)
Kari had a cute idea to try stuffing our cute little Turkey into the turkey pan.
And, of course we had to get Cameron in there too! Somehow it didn’t seem to fit that well :)
